- The materials’ guarantee is assured by their performance against the functional, aesthetic and suitability requirements for the intended use, as well as their resistance to exposure to meteorological agents and climate change;
- Beyond the 3 years legal manufacturer warranty, increased guarantees are provided on urban furniture for materials whose quality and finishing process ensure their stability throughout their life-cycle.

Product Quality
Amop cement-based products are susceptible to the phenomenon of efflorescence. This natural and technically unavoidable phenomenon does not affect the technical characteristics of the products or their durability, affecting only the aesthetic appearance of the material. Given the characteristics of the aggregates, AMOP is not responsible for slight variations in granulometry or tonality. Any existing claim on the material should be made before it is applied on site.
Reception And Storage
- At the reception operation, the Client must check and control the conformity of the delivery against the order, regarding the quantity and quality of the materials, as well as the state of the packaging, late and tonality, dry, and totally protected from rain, since failure to respect the conditions mentioned here will lead to the appearance of the typical pathologies of cementitious products, commonly known as efflorescence (white spots) but also other pathologies that directly influence the visual appearance of the product.
