Product Quality
Amop cement-based articles are susceptible to the phenomenon of efflorescence. This natural and technically unavoidable phenomenon does not affect the technical characteristics of the products or their durability, affecting only the aesthetic appearance of the material. Given the characteristics of the aggregates, AMOP is not responsible for slight variations in granulometry or colour. Any existing claim of the material must be made before its application on site.
Reception And Storage
In the reception operation, the Customer must assess and control the conformity of the delivery with the order, with regard to the quantity and quality of the materials, as well as the condition of the packaging, batch and shade No less important is its storage / conditioning, which must be carried out in a clean, dry, and completely sheltered from rain, since failure to respect the conditions mentioned here precipitates the appearance of pathologies typical of cementitious products, commonly known as efflorescence (white spots) but also other pathologies that directly influence the visual appearance of the product.
